Our rustic sausage specialities are produced in the good old home-made style using traditional Göttingen recipes. Be it farmhouse aspic or smoked ham Mettwurst, our mildly-spicy cooked Mettwurst or our hearty ham blood sausage, they all remind us of pleasant moments when our grandmother called us for supper with those tin loaves that were still warm.
